  Adding Resiliency on the Roof: Vegetated Roofs and Blue Roofs

  Chris Sharp with Styro Systems will be presenting program on how vegetated and blue roofs can be incorporated into stormwater Best Management Practices.   2024 IBC Significant Changes & COK Transition from 2018 to 2024

  James Tente, City of Knoxville Building Plans and Review Division Chief, will speak on the 2024 IBC changes and how the city will transition from using the 2018 code to the new 2024 version. Earns AIA/CES 1 LU HSW

  High Performance Commercial Wall System Design

  This course defines the latest code and testing requirements for water, air and fire considerations in exterior wall assemblies. Participants will learn the various options for water and air control while exploring various wall assembly designs. In addition, participants will be introduced to building science analysis tools to recognize the impact of various designs on long-term building performance. We meet at the AGC Building at 3306 Ragsdale Ave. Lunch is served at 11:45 and the program begins at noon. Reservations are required.

  Christmastime with CSI

  Our Christmas Party this year will be held at the fabulous offices of Advantage Innovations. We will have food and beverages, fun, fellowship, gift exchange and our traditional Toy for Tots donations. Please bring your significant other and dress in your Christmas garb. Reservations are required.
